Purchases

Each design shown on this site is sold once. Once purchased, that exact design is retired and taken off the market permanently, and the buyer receives a complete website delivered on their own domain. WordPress delivery is included in the base price; Squarespace delivery is available for an additional fee, stated at checkout.

Hosting and ongoing maintenance are billed separately on a monthly basis and are not included in the one-time design purchase price unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

Because each design is custom-delivered and retired from sale once purchased, all sales are final once design work has begun. If you believe there's been an error with your purchase, contact us and we'll work with you directly.

Intellectual Property

When you purchase a design, you own the finished website delivered to you. The underlying template system, layouts, and design components that Hypnosis Websites uses to build sites remain the property of Cascade Hypnosis Center, and may be recombined into future designs for other customers. Once a specific named design (for example, "Alpine" or "Willow") is sold, that exact combination is not resold to anyone else.

Royalty-Free Script Licensing

Some purchases may include royalty-free hypnosis script collections as a bonus or add-on. Where included, the following terms apply:

• You may use the included scripts in your own hypnotherapy sessions, with as many clients as you like, at no additional cost.
• You may read, perform, and record yourself delivering these scripts, in your own voice, for your own marketing, social media, podcast, or website content.
• You may adapt the wording to fit your own style and voice.
• Any recording you create is yours to keep and use commercially. The underlying script text is not transferred to you and remains the property of Cascade Hypnosis Center.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the scripts themselves as a standalone product, modified or not, and may not claim authorship of the original text.
• This license is non-exclusive and may not be sublicensed or transferred to another person or business.

Lead Capture and Your Data

Each site includes a contact form and a free-audio signup that collect visitor emails. Submissions are currently received by Cascade Hypnosis Center. If you purchase a design, we'll walk you through how those contacts reach you going forward.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
